Application:

Widly used in road construction, pipeline construction, municipal engineering, bridge pier, courtyard, railbed, suburb and narrow field without electricity.

It is used to tamp various gravel and sand, and also can be used to tamp asphalt, concrete and clay. The tamping performance is especially good for tamping clayed soil.

1.Our tamping rammer is with advanced design, stable performance, strong tamping force, easy operation, safe using, wide application and high efficiency.

2. Secondary Filtration System, which can purify the air over 99%of dust  and prolong the engine life;

3.Dust off corrugated box(Bellwos), the material is from German BSF and its service time is over two years.

4. Crankcase, which is made of aluminum alloy.

5.Oil Pointer, which can avoid excessive fueling and is by one-time precison casting.

6.Gears, which is made of 20 Cr-Mn alloy steel, forged by nitriding, the internal organizational structure mostly optimized, high strength and wear resistant. 

7.Ram Plate is made of wood in the middle and steel up and down side, which combo can reduce vibration effectively;

8.All the parts(Including Oil Tank, Gear Box, Bellows, Oil Pointer, Ram Plate) are exchangeable with Japan Mikasa's Tamper, we sell parts individually.
